9:20 AM DPS, CCSO, Flagstaff Fire, Ponderosa Fire, and EMS are responding to Mile Marker 191 on I-40 Eastbound at the Route 66 exit for a multi vehicle accident involving a tow truck and another vehicle that is on fire. There are at least three injured patients at this time.
