Original Report

At 4:31 PM Saturday afternoon, Flagstaff Police, Guardian Medical Transport, and Flagstaff Fire Department Engine 2 were dispatched to a report of an Altered Level of Consciousness in the area of E Route 66 & Ponderosa. This is a person passed out behind the wheel of a car in the Northbound lanes near the U-Haul.
