3:56 PM Flagstaff Police have been called to assist EMS at Switzer Canyon and Route 66 for a female who is telling people passing by to call 911 for her. FD and EMS have been out with her twice already today, and each time she becomes combative with them. She is now throwing objects at the medics and again being combative.
