12:13 PM Flagstaff Police are responding to a report of a possible kidnapping that just occurred at the PNC Bank, 2 E Birch Ave. The caller says they observed what they thought looked like an adult just kidnap a small child in the parking lot. The suspect left the area in a blue Volkwagon SUV last seen right on Birch Ave. The caller said the child was screaming frantically and was acting like they did not know the adult male. UPDATE: An Officer has the suspect vehicle stopped. UPDATE: Officers saying after talking with the driver, they have determined this was NOT a kidnapping.
