1:03 PM Flagstaff Police and CCSO Deputies have located a stolen vehicle in the mall parking lot and observed the driver attempting to switch the license plates. The driver is a skinny, adult black male wearing a durag and grey sweats. This post was delayed until Officers made contact with the suspect.
UPDATE: The vehicle was located and reported stolen using OnStar. Officers took the suspect into custody at gunpoint, and he is now being questioned. This is in the Marshalls parking lot.
