11:37 AM Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to the area of Lake Mary Rd and Beulah for a collision between a car and a pedestrian. The person in the vehicle fled the scene in a gray Nissan, last seen in the area of Beulah and University. No further information was provided. UPDATE: The cyclist says she is not injured.
