10:40 am Flagstaff Police are responding to a non-injury hit-and-run accident near Butler and (Possibly) Harold Ranch. The caller on 911 says the vehicle hit them and fled the scene. The caller is now following the run suspect. They advised they are on Butler and an unknown dirt road.
