At 12:17 p.m. Flagstaff police and EMS are responding to the area of North 4th Street in the 2000 block for a two-car injury accident involving a Mini Cooper and another unknown vehicle. At least one person is complaining of head pain. Avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible.
