FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Construction along Butler Avenue between Leroux Street and San Francisco Street is scheduled to begin Monday, Nov. 18, and is expected to last about two weeks, city officials announced.

The project will require the closure of a portion of eastbound Butler Avenue, with motorists advised to anticipate minor delays in the area.

As part of the work, two Mountain Line bus stops near Butler Avenue and San Francisco Street will be temporarily relocated one block east, near Butler Avenue and WC Riles Street. Signs will be posted to guide transit riders to the temporary stops and provide pedestrian access.

Construction activities will include the removal of landscaping and furnishings on both the north and south sides of Butler Avenue within the project area.
