2:22 pm Flagstaff Engine 3 was dispatched to a man down/Intoxicated passed out person in the area of Schevene and Elder. They arrived to find a transient passed out and laying halfway into the street. Moments later, medics requested Police to respond urgently because the person was assaulting them.
