Please be on the lookout for William "Bill" Purse, 69 years old. He was last seen wearing a red, white, and blue Rugby sweater, hat, dark glasses, and with the dog pictured below. Last seen in the Country Club Estates area. Bill suffers from a cognitive health condition. If located, please call the Flagstaff Police Department at 928-774-1414.
