FLAGSTAFF, AZ (October 10, 2023) – Phoenix Ave. will be closed between Mike’s Pike and Milton Rd. from October 16 – 27 for utility work related to Mountain Line’s Downtown Connection Center project.
There will be a full closure of Phoenix Ave. from Milton Rd. to the west entrance of the Downtown Connection Center, and local traffic only will be allowed between the west entrance and Mike’s Pike.
