7:35 pm Flagstaff Police are responding to an apartment at the Cedar Crest Apartments 2251 N Izabel St. A caller on 911 is saying her intoxicated boyfriend is breaking down the door to her apartment and trying to get in. UPDATE: Officers have the man detained.
