1:15 pm Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to 4th and Cedar Ave for a person not breathing. The caller on 911 is saying have a person in a Ford SUV between the Safeway Gas station and Little Ceasars that has stopped breathing and has no pulse. CPR is in progress.
