9:59 am: This post was delayed until officers arrived on scene. Flagstaff police and EMS are responding to a report of a possible fight at 5303 East Cortland Boulevard. This is at the Country Club Meadows apartment complex. The caller on 911 it says they can hear somebody yelling for help and saying, “I can’t breathe.”
