At 10:17 AM Friday, Flagstaff Police were dispatched to a report of a Disturbance in the area of 2920 N Fourth St at the medical center. A panic alarm was set off due to an individual being disorderly in the lobby. Described only as a Native or Hispanic male wearing a grey shirt and jean shorts, walking towards Walgreens on Fourth St. This post was delayed until Officers arrived on the scene.
