Seven jurisdictions in Coconino County have placed ballot measures on the November 7, 2023 Election. Voters registered in the City of Flagstaff, Grand Canyon School District #4, Ash Fork School District #31, Highlands Fire District, Pinewood Sanitary District, Sedona/Oak Creek School District #9, and Williams Hospital District by the statutory deadline of October 10, 2023 will be eligible to vote.

The jurisdictions have entered into agreements with Coconino County to administer these vote-by-mail non-partisan elections. To uphold the highest standards of transparency and security, the Elections Department will conduct a Logic and Accuracy (L&A) Test on October 6, 2023. The Test will take place at the Elections Department facility located at 1186 W. University Ave in Flagstaff, commencing at 1 p.m. The L&A Test is conducted to ascertain that the equipment and programs will correctly count votes for all ballot questions.Coconino County encourages the public, concerned citizens, and all stakeholders to witness this important event, as it demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our electoral system. The Coconino County Elections Department remains dedicated to providing a secure and reliable voting experience for all eligible voters.
