Responding resources include two engines and helitack.

The fire, reported 9 p.m. Sunday, was caused by lightning.

Winds from passing thunderstorms created a small uptick in fire behavior last night. The Fuller Fire is currently experiencing low fire behavior and is creeping and smoldering in grass and juniper.

Smoke will remain visible throughout the day while crews work to contain the fire. Smoke impact will be minimal due to the fire’s small size and the high relative humidity.

Ground crews plan to construct fire line while a helicopter conducts bucket drops using water sourced from a Sedona golf resort.

There is a 60 percent chance of precipitation forecasted in the fire’s area for today, and minimal growth is expected on the fire.
