UPDATE 3:17 PM THE CHILD HAS BEEN LOCATED SAFE AND IS BEING RETURNED HOME 3:11 pm Flagstaff Police are attempting to locate a missing 10-year-old autistic female who was last seen in the 900 block of N Leroux in the alleyway 2 hours ago. She is described as white, with blond short hair, wearing a red dress and black boots. If you see her, call 911. Updates to follow.
