3:24 PM Flagstaff Police are attempting to locate the parents of a 3-year-old child who was found wandering alone in the Walmart parking lot at 2601 Huntington Dr. The child is now in the manager's office, nobody has come forward looking for the child. He is wearing a Spiderman shirt and gray pants.
