at 12:33 PM Highlands Fire Department in Flagstaff Fire Department or responding to several reports of a fully engulfed structure fire on Shiprock Ovi in Kachina Village. UPDATE: Upgraded to 2nd alarm. Battalion 30 is asking for full recall for all 3 departments (flag, summit. And highlands) UPDATE: 3 HOMES ARE NOW FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES. ONE BURN INJURY REPORTED. AVOID THE AREA. UPDATE: Fire has been knocked down on all 3 structures and a gas leak has also been stopped.
