PRIORITY ALERT: Missing Child in Flagstaff

8:20 PM Flagstaff Police are responding to a home in the 1400 block of W University Heights in Flagstaff for a parent saying their child ran out of the house with only a pull-up diaper on. The child is mentally challenged, non-verbal, and aggressive. This post will auto-refresh and update. Stay tuned for updates. UPDATE 8:43 PM: Callers on 911 say the child is now running across all lanes of traffic on I-40 near Butler. Police are responding with lights and sirens. UPDATE 8:45 PM Officers are out with the child in the median near mile marker 194.
