Semi stopped in roadway causing multiple accidents. 2:50 pm flagstaff pd requested fire and ems to their location at fanning and route 66 for a semi truck driver stopped in the road having difficulty breathing. 3:00 pm guardian took the patient to flagstaff medical center but the semi was still in the roadway. 3:15 pm pd requested backup to help get the semi out of the roadway. during the removal process, a four vehicle accident occurred with no injuries.
