3:30 PM State Troopers and EMS are responding to Eastbound Interstate 40 at mile marker 182 for a semi truck that has rolled. The driver is unconscious and has a head injury. Expect delays in the area. Updates will be below.
Ponderosa FD Engine 823 is on the scene. The semi truck has heavy damage and no HAZMAT onboard. Incident command has been established. The driver is still inside the truck, soon to be extricated.
UPDATE: Two people are injured, but in stable condition.
