3:43 PM CCSO and EMS are responding to the Cinders OHV area for a serious rollover UTV accident. One person has a head injury, trapped, and unresponsive under the UTV. A medical helicopter is responding. UPDATE: The patient is alert and talking now. Medical helicopter has been canceled.
