at 8:45 AM Flagstaff fire department is responding to a report of a small brushfire that has started across from the Jack-in-the-Box along Route 66 in Flagstaff. UPDATE: the first engine is on scene and reporting that a bystander has put the fire out, but that they will be out investigating.
