UPDATE 2:45 PM Upgraded to a working 1st Alarm Fire.
UPDATE 2:46 PM Summit FD is on the scene reporting heavy free from an RV.
update 3:18 PM: firefighters have water on the fire and are making good progress. So far no reports of injuries or damage to nearby exposures.
UPDATE 3:41 PM: Fire is out. Investigation underway.
