At 10:30 AM Friday morning, Coconino County Sheriff's Deputies and Summit Fire & Medical Engine 32 were dispatched to a report of a road hazard in the area of 7055 Silver Saddle Rd. The caller reported a vehicle that had hit a utility pole.
