1:55 PM Flagstaff police are responding to the apartments at 700 W University for a report of someone trying to break into an occupied unit. The caller is saying someone she is acquainted with that is not welcome there is banging on a window and possibly trying to break in. this post was delayed until officers arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect and caller.
