Winter Parking Ordinance 2022-06 prohibits vehicles, trailers, and storage containers from being parked in County-maintained rights-of-way at all times during snow season, which runs annually from November 1 through April 1

Ordinance 2022-06 is implemented each winter to facilitate safer snow removal operations and to help mitigate dangerous snow play-related traffic congestion and parking issues along County rights-of-way.

Although winter parking restrictions have ended for the season, residents living along County-maintained roads are asked to keep rights-of-way clear whenever possible for public safety, road maintenance activities, and possible springtime snow removal & ice control operations.

Winter parking restrictions will go into effect again on Friday, November 1, 2024. For more information, please visit www.coconino.az.gov/WinterParkingOrdinance2022-06.
