Winter Storm Warning issued December 31 at 4:22AM MST until January 2 at 8:00AM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
* WHAT…Heavy snow expected above 6000 feet. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 10 inches with as much as 18 inches above
8000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

Forest Lakes, Heber-Overgaard, and Williams.

* WHEN…From 5 AM Sunday to 8 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact holiday travel as well as
the morning and evening commute for those working Sunday.

Doney Park 3 to 5 inches Flagstaff 5 to 9 inches
Forest Lakes 12 to 18 inches Heber-Overgaard 4 to 6 inches
Williams 5 to 9 inches.
