WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM SATURDAY TO 5 PM MST SUNDAY
Winter Storm Warning issued February 24 at 2:43PM MST until February 26 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. The period of heaviest accumulation
is expected between 11 PM Saturday through 11 AM Sunday. Total
snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches. Winds gusting up to 50 mph.

* WHERE…Areas near Doney Park, Flagstaff, Forest Lakes, Heber-
Overgaard, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Sedona, Seligman and
Williams.

* WHEN…From 5 PM Saturday to 5 PM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Strong
winds could cause tree damage.

Snow forecast from 5 PM Saturday to 5 PM Sunday:

Doney Park 4 to 6 inches Flagstaff 7 to 11 inches
Forest Lakes 8 to 12 inches Heber-Overgaard 3 to 5 inches
Prescott 4 to 6 inches Prescott Valley 2 to 4 inches
Sedona 2 to 4 inches Seligman 1 to 3 inches
Williams 7 to 11 inches.
