WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON ABOVE 6000 FEET
Winter Storm Watch issued March 12 at 2:21PM MST until March 15 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
* WHAT…Heavy snow possible above 6000 feet. Total snow
accumulations of up to 12 inches, with higher amounts expected
above 7500 feet.

* WHERE…Areas above 6000 feet across northern Arizona.

* WHEN…From Thursday morning through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The snow forecast remains subject to change
as they are highly dependent upon the exact path of the storm.
