WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM MST MONDAY ABOVE 6500 FEET
Winter Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 1:29PM MST until January 22 at 8:00AM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
* WHAT…Snow expected above 6500 feet. Total snow accumulations
of 2 to 4 inches above 6500 feet, 4 to 8 inches above 7500 feet,
and 8 to 12 inches above 8000 feet.

* WHERE…Areas above 6500 feet across northern Arizona.

* WHEN…From 11 PM this evening to 8 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult, especially all day
Sunday and for the Monday morning commute. The majority of the
hazardous travel will take place on portions of I-17 from Munds
Park to Flagstaff, I-40 from Williams to Flagstaff, and Buffalo
Pass in the Chuska Mountains.
