Flagscanner has received several messages and news tips about police activity last night at the Elevation Apartments. At around 10:30 pm last night (Friday, December 23rd) Flagstaff Police were called to the Elevation Apartments at 5000 N Mall Way for an unknown situation involving a gun. The caller on 911 said they heard a possible gunshot and then a person yelling from a first-floor apartment. When the initial Officer arrived, he asked for urgent backup, which prompted the response of several more officers. Moments later, the officer told dispatch that he had one person under arrest. An adult male was arrested and placed inside a patrol vehicle. Medics were called to assess his injuries. No further information is available at this time.
