7:15pm Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to Lake Mary Rd and Beulah Bvd for an accident involving an electric scooter and car. UPDATE: Officers on scene saying CPR is in progress on the scooter rider. UPDATE: The scooter rider is being transported to FMC Trauma Center.
