8:38 AM State Troopers, CCSO, and EMS are all responding to a Crash on I-40 Westbound near Buffalo Range Rd (MP 223- 22 miles east of Flagstaff). Multiple people are injured but alert and breathing. The crash involves at least one pickup truck and a semi. Westbound lanes are completely blocked.
