2:14 PM Flagstaff Police and EMS are currently at home inside the Colony Mobile Home Park located at 5250 Highway 89. The original call for service was a family fight involving an armed subject. Police are currently attempting a peaceful resolution with the subject that is now barricaded inside the home. Avoid the area. We will post when the situation has ended, but no further details will be released before then. UPDATE: SUSPECT IS IN CUSTODY. SCENE CLEAR.
