UPDATE: THE INTERSTATE IS NOW OPEN.
7:32 AM ** Interstate 17 northbound closed near Munds Park** DPS State Troopers, CCSO, EMS, and Pinewood Fire are all on the scene of an accident involving several passenger cars and at least one 18-wheeler on northbound Interstate 17 at milepost 325. This is 15 miles south of Flagstaff near the Willard Springs exit. No word on the extent of injuries. Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. There is no estimated time to reopen the northbound lanes. The southbound lanes are unaffected.
