UPDATE FROM FPD: SHOOTING AT FLAGSTAFF CITY HALL *FREE POST*



OFFICIAL UPDATE FROM FLAGSTAFF POLICE:

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — September 26, 2024 — At approximately 10:15 PM, officers from the Flagstaff Police Department responded to a report of a 22-year-old female who had been struck by a bullet in the 200 block of W Aspen Ave.

Upon arrival, officers provided medical attention until paramedics arrived. The individual was then transported to Flagstaff Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Currently, there is no available suspect information.

10:15 PM Flagstaff Police and EMS were called to the Flagstaff City Hall on Aspen for reports of a shooting that had occurred. When Officers arrived, they found one person who had been shot at the front entrance. The victim (or witness) advised that it was a drive-by shooting. The possible suspect was driving an older model silver sedan last seen westbound on Aspen. Officers are currently canvassing the area and have put out an all-points bulletin for surrounding agencies. This is a developing story. Some witnesses are saying there was no vehicle involved in this incident. The victim was taken to Flagstaff Medical Center Trauma Center. UPDATE: OFFICERS ARE ALSO OUT WITH AT LEAST 5 VICTIMS OF A BB GUN SHOOTING AT SOUTHSIDE TAVERN 117 S San Francisco St. We will have an official update from Flagstaff Police on Friday.
