Suspicious Odor Causing Evacuation

 

A suspicious odor was first reported in Allen Hall and the SAS Building. NAUPD, Flagstaff Fire and Personnel from NAU Facilities are on scene and have identified the source of the odor which affects several other buildings. Allen Hall, SAS, Calderon Living Community, Gateway Center and Tinsley Hall have been evacuated as a precaution.

 

Those evacuated can utilize HLC or the DuBois Center for temporary shelter. If you detect any strange odors similar to ammonia or sewage, please report it and your location to NAUPD. Further instructions to follow.

 

Residents are being told to leave the area if you smell Ammonia or Sulfur.
