WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST /1 PM MDT/ TODAY ABOVE 6500 FEET… …WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED
Winter Weather Advisory issued March 22 at 6:14AM MST until March 22 at 12:00PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ
* WHAT…Periods of rain and snow will continue early this
morning, with snow levels around 7000 feet. Snow levels will
continue to fall from west to east through the morning hours.
Periods of snow will continue through the morning, becoming more
showery during the afternoon. Expect snow accumulations of 1 to
4 inches above 6500 feet, with 8 to 12 inches above 8500 feet.
Southwest winds gusting as high as 40 mph early, slowly
decreasing through the day.

* WHERE…Areas above 6500 feet near Doney Park, Flagstaff,
Valle and Williams.

* WHEN…Until noon MST /1 PM MDT/ today.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.
