Coconino County Elections Department Completes Canvass of July 30 Primary Election



The Coconino County Board of Supervisors completed the July 30, 2024, Primary Election canvass. The official canvass, finalized on August 9, 2024, confirms the accurate tabulation of all votes cast during the election.

Twenty-six thousand three hundred and thirty-five (26,335) voters across Coconino County participated in the Primary Election. That’s a 31.22% voter turnout, higher than the state average, casting ballots for various federal, state, and local races. The canvassing process, which involves thoroughly verifying all ballots and election results, ensures that every vote is counted accurately and by Arizona state law.
