4:42 PM Flagstaff police and EMS are responding to the area of Phoenix and Beaver near the train tracks for a dead body that was just found by a passerby. The caller on 911 is saying the victim is obviously deceased and is a male. UPDATE: Officers on the scene have confirmed the person in deceased.
