At 3:48 PM Flagstaff Police are responding to the area of the driving range near Country Club and old Walnut Canyon for a report of an intoxicated driver that is passed out behind the wheel at a stoplight. Caller’s reported the driver was driving recklessly prior to this incident. The vehicle is described as a dark colored sedan with a heavyset African-American male driver.
