12:31 PM Flagstaff Police and EMS are out with a vehicle described as a black Chrysler 300 with no license plate that appears to have been involved in an accident at the Big 5 parking lot. The vehicle is smoking and fire department is also en route. The driver may have been unconscious because witnesses are reporting bystanders attempting to break out the windows of the vehicle to pull the driver out. Once the driver was out of the vehicle he became combative and started fighting bystanders and officers. Update: officers are on scene and have the situation under control.
