9:29 AM Flagstaff police and EMS were called to the Flagstaff Visitors Center on E Route 66 for a transient possibly in need of medical assistance. EMS is saying the individual is fine and has asked the CARE unit to respond to give him a ride to the homeless shelter and a free bus pass.
