8:34 AM State Troopers are closing in on a homicide subject out of North Carolina westbound on the I-40 near the country club overpass in Flagstaff. Spikes are set up and all exits within the Flagstaff City Limits are being blocked by flag PD. UPDATE: SUSPECT HAS PULLED OVER AND IS NOW IN POLICE CUSTODY.
