At 11:30 AM Summit fire department, CCSO, and EMS are responding to an incident that is taking place near Carl Drive and Slayton Ranch Road. The caller on 911 states an adult male has been injured after jumping from a moving vehicle. The caller also says the man is intoxicated and combative with them earlier. The victim has serious injuries and is unresponsive
