FLAGSTAFF, Ariz – The City of Flagstaff (City) and the Spruce Wash Flood Mitigation Team is hard at work constructing flood mitigation measures along Linda Vista Drive. We are currently on track to permanently open Linda Vista Drive, unimpeded, to all traffic on or before May 23, 2025 (the start of FUSD Summer break). The opening of Linda Vista Drive will coincide with the full closure of the Fourth Street and Cedar Avenue/Lockett Road intersection for construction of the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and City’s Fourth-Lockett Roundabout Project. Linda Vista Drive is one of the planned detour routes for residents and businesses affected by the Fourth Street and Cedar Avenue/Lockett Road intersection closure.
The City and ADOT are in constant coordination with each other to ensure a smooth transition between these projects and their associated closures.
